    usually something by Air or maybe Zero 7,open a nice Cotes du Rhone ,stoke up the fire,light a few candles ......food,wine and good company,its all you need.

    I think the reason that you like it is because it is great fucking music. The Damned, The Adverts, UK Subs, The Ramones, The Dead Boys, all great bands to rock whilst cooking. AC/DC, Motorhead, Leatherface, and Iron Maiden all get a lot of play around our house when there is serious cooking or baking going on.

    Night before last it was Bauhaus and Christian Death. Anna had Bela Lugosi's Dead on repeat for a few plays before Christian Death kicked in.

    When I'm cooking with my dad we often blast 70's David Bowie stuff. And it's awesome...unfortunately my dad (and the rest of my family) are meat eaters, but they do avoid slaughterhouse shit at least.
