Definitely guacamole - only with a fork though, you need good uneven chunks. Other than that, babies and kids like avacado.

The first time I had avocado it was grilled-my friend's dad had a bbq and didn't know I was vegetarian so grilled loads of stuff for me, one of which was avocado.

I normally scoop the goods out, toss it on a veggie burg, or salad, then grab a spoon, sprinkle some salt on the remainder, and shove it into my face. A phenomenal snack, to say the least!

    Make Dressing -

2 ripe avocados, chopped and depitted
    2 spring onions, finely chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    water
    sprinkle of sea salt
    juice of 2 limes
    1/2 teaspoon cider vinegar

Chop up onions, garlic and avocado. Place in blender, then add lime juice, add water until desired creaminess, sprinkle in sea salt and any other spices you may like. Add more vinegar for a tangier dressing.

Nah, the filling was just easier to scoop out. I ended up just making toast this time and scooping out the avo onto it.
